Welcome to Idaho Quality Beef — a small family operation built on generations of raising cattle the right way and sharing honest, homegrown beef with the people we care about.
Long before we ever shipped a box across the country, my wife and I were raising beef for our own family, neighbors, and anyone close enough to know how good homegrown meat really tastes. We didn’t start this as a business — we started it as a way to feed the people we love with beef we could trust.
Over the years, more and more friends, coworkers, and families kept telling us the same thing:
“This is the best beef we’ve ever had. You should make this available to everyone.”
So we did.
Our kids can tell the difference between store‑purchased meat and our homegrown, grain‑finished beef. When it’s our beef — finished right and processed with care — those plates come back clean every time.
That’s when we realized we weren’t just raising cattle.
We were raising a standard.
For five generations, our family has worked this land — not just as ranchers, but as stewards of a legacy. Every sunrise over our pastures reminds us why we do this: to continue a tradition built on quality, honesty, and pride in the food we put on the table.
